My name is Jaimee Graham and I am the Broker and Co-Owner of Graham & Associates. My brother Joshua Graham and I started the brokerage in June of 2022 to take our business in a new direction.

We both have been licensed for almost nine years, and have seen many changes in the Real Estate Industry. As full-time Realtors, we work hard to provide excellent service to the community and our clients. We were born and raised in Bakersfield, and are very knowledgeable about Kern County and the local community.

Prior to Real Estate, my brother and I were both in the service industry. What did this teach us?

1.) Anticipate the needs of customers and work hard to satisfy those needs.
2.) We worked with a variety of personalities and backgrounds, and we learned to do so in a patient and kind way.

How does this help us in our Real Estate careers? We deal with all levels of stress and anxiety, and when a problem arises we work to handle it in a smooth and efficient way. Our goal is to handle the stress that arises so that our clients can rest easy at night. We also make it our aim to answer our phones, or return calls within 5 minutes. We have been known to return texts from clients at midnight or early in the morning. We believe that if something is a concern to you, it is a concern for us. We are experienced with selling homes in foreclosure and postponing auction dates to sell successfully. We are also experienced with short sales as well as selling homes in bankruptcy.

We love to help people find the perfect home for themselves and their families. We work with all budgets and treat everyone as if they are buying million dollar homes. We absolutely love real estate.

I have been doing Real Estate for close to 10 years and it is something that I love doing.

Before being in Real Estate I worked in the restaurant industry. Although I am very happy I am no longer in the restaurant business it taught me a lot about how to deal with the public. It taught me to react quickly to customers and resolve problems quickly. As a realtor I respond quickly to my clients and work quickly to resolve any issue that they might have. I have been known to take phone calls and respond to texts up til midnight. RE is something I do full time and I am always here to meet my clients needs. After being in Real Estate for 9 years my sister and I decided that we would open up our own Brokerage. So far there are four of us working at our office and we love the small family atmosphere. As the years go by and our business grows we look forward for our office to always feel welcoming to any buyer, seller or future agent that works for us.
